How to Open a New Account

You can apply for a new account online! Use the promo code AHAVA22 to waive the $25.00 membership fee.

TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT FUNDING, please call 731.664.1784 ext. 1281 to get started. Accounts opened online may require at least the one-time $10.00 membership deposit to join Leaders. The $25.00 membership fee is waived using the promo code above for Ahava Healthcare employees.

After you’ve completed your account application:

1. Your account will be processed and opened by our team.

2. Monitor your email or text for account-related communication.

a. When your account opening is complete, your account documents will be sent via secured email. Answer simple security questions to access the information.

b. A follow-up email will include introductory information (how to login to the mobile app), payroll information, and account documents for your record.

3. Turn in your new direct deposit information to your payroll department or update your employer’s online self-service platform.

4. A debit or ATM card will be mailed to the address provided. If you are local, debit cards can be printed in branch
